I’ve always been more interested in how things work than how they’re marketed.That curiosity is how I started in IT product management in 2009 because I was curious about how things actually worked. I wanted to understand the architecture, not just the pitch. That early technical foundation changed everything. It taught me to ask better questions, sit comfortably with engineers, and never sell something I could not explain.Over the past 15 plus years, I moved from product into enterprise sales and strategic account leadership across healthcare, government, and enterprise markets. What stayed constant was this: I stay involved beyond the sale. I care whether the solution integrates correctly. I care whether the workflow improves. I care whether the customer feels supported when it matters most.I recently earned my Python certification to deepen my technical fluency and strengthen my ability to collaborate with engineering teams. I believe the best enterprise leaders can translate between technical reality and business ambition without losing integrity on either side.Today at ETHERFAX, I work at the intersection of secure cloud communications, AI driven workflow automation, and high stakes compliance environments. My focus is simple: modernize document exchange without sacrificing security, reliability, or trust.What sets me apart is the balance. Technical fluency and emotional intelligence. Precision and warmth.
