My approach blends manual therapy with rehabilitation, posture correction, and performance maximisation.In 2024, I gained extensive experience working as a Sports Chiropractor and Therapist with elite athletes at major events such as the Love Trails Festival, International Powerlifting Federation, and Ultra X. This background equips me to deliver high-level care to sports clubs and organisations aiming to enhance athlete performance and injury prevention.I am committed to partnering with local businesses, sports clubs, and individuals in Swansea to support healthier, more active lives through expert chiropractic care and movement optimisation.
