Responsible for the Project Coordination, Planning, Site Execution and Contractual Functionalities and Monitoring for the Construction of New Passenger Terminal Building (Land Port), Other Ancillary Buildings & Associated works (Composite Works) at Petrapole (West Bengal) under Land Port Authority of India (LPAI).(Project Value: 436.54 Crores). Was responsible for planning, micro scheduling, timely delivery of all the construction activities of the Land Port which includes Structural Glazing Works (Façade), all the civil and finishing activities for the Ground Floor operationalization as per the scheduled timeline. Checked the Client Bill as well as all the sub-contractor bills. As it was a project of International importance, I had to prepare and manage strict work schedules and look after the execution of the same within estimated margins.
