Ability to operate and handle the entire DCS-based ASU plant (startup-shutdown) independently of (1120TPD/1200TPD/405TPD/340TPD). Preparing daily & Monthly production reports, and monthly liquid consumption reports during plant start-ups, vent etc. Ability to identify and troubleshoot the root cause in response to alarms, process parameters, trends & trips. Always follow the Permit to Work system/ HWP for any maintenance job. Onsite customer handling with proper communication for plant planned shutdown & other activities. Operation of all process pipelines and equipment like centrifugal compressor, Booster Air compressor, Nitrogen compressor, water based chiller unit, Cryogenic Pumps changeover being done as per process requirements. Handling of storage tanks of capacity 700MT, 50Kl, 21Kl, and maintaining buffer pressure for continuous supply to our customers.
