Currently serving as Program Manager for the Agricultural Production Cluster Project, funded by DMF and supported by the Odisha Government. Responsible for planning, designing, and proactively monitoring program progress, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Successfully led a team of 8 staff members and 25 field staff in delivering the Agricultural Production Cluster project, directly linking women farmers to the project and focusing on doubling their income. Collaborate directly with government departments, with a strong emphasis on government convergence activities. Proactively identified project risks and developed mitigation strategies, minimizing delays and ensuring optimal project outcomes. Managed project budgets and UC submissions, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to financial constraints. Worked closely with Producer Groups at the field level to market their produce, while facilitating and conducting various training and capacity-building programs for PG members. Ensured timely reporting and data updates to donor agencies, maintaining accurate and consistent communication.
