Orchestrated the migration of OTC trade positions across 40 products from Summit to Omnium at Northern Trust, delivering $5M in license savings with zero client impact. Grew CME Group\'s IRS clearing volume from $0 to $19T in open interest over five years, building the risk and margin infrastructure from the ground up. Built and led a 65-person global delivery team at Hexaware from scratch, generating $10M in annual revenue and becoming a trusted CME Group partner. I lead with strategy and stay close to execution.
