As a leader, I manage and support the data management and customer success teams across the globe, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance, as well as customer satisfaction and retention. I also work closely with the product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback, insights, and support for the continuous improvement and innovation of our software platform.
