About Chirag Patidar

I’m a passionate and curious Biotechnology student currently pursuing my Bachelor’s degree at Mandsaur Institute of Technology. Over the past semesters, I’ve built a strong foundation in subjects like molecular biology, microbiology, genetic engineering, and biochemistry. I really enjoy doing practical work things like PCR, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA isolation, and microbial culturing have helped me understand how theory actually works in the lab.Recently, I completed my internship at Tropilite Foods Pvt. Ltd, Gwalior, where I got real hands-on experience with microbiology instruments and lab techniques. I learned about the production process of starter cultures, especially through fermentation and lyophilization methods. Apart from technical learning, it also taught me how important time management and teamwork are inside a lab. It was honestly a great experience that boosted my confidence in handling experiments independently.Right now, I’m looking forward to more opportunities like internships, projects, or research work, where I can apply what I’ve learned and keep growing.
