About Chirag Yadava
I’m currently building Ruokamill, a science-backed daily nutrition brand under Nutra Dale Private Limited, born out of a simple personal promise: If I won’t consume it, I won’t sell it.What began as a personal pursuit of clean eating and disciplined living has evolved into a mission to create genuinely healthy products that are honest, transparent, and rooted in real science. To ensure our offerings are truly effective and credible, I’ve brought together an expert board of advisors including clinical dietitians, biotech researchers, and former heads of regulatory and scientific institutions.To deepen my expertise in this space, I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Global Health & Human Development. This program would help me build a strong foundation in public health systems, behavioral science, nutrition equity, and policy. It adds academic credibility to my role as a founder and strengthens my ability to contribute meaningfully to health outcomes at both individual and societal levels.Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about fitness, nutrition, and clean living. I enjoy traveling, playing musical instruments, and mentoring young people in building structured, disciplined lifestyles. My long-term goal is to make Ruokamill not just a company, but a movement that empowers people with good health and creates a workplace culture rooted in purpose, compassion, and growth.
