ABOUT CHIRAG SHARMA

I am a Medical Biotechnology graduate with hands-on experience in diagnostic testing, analytical techniques, and preclinical research support. My background spans laboratory environments, pharmaceutical processes, and customer-facing leadership roles, giving me a unique blend of technical expertise, operational discipline, and strong communication skills.I have performed a wide range of laboratory procedures, including hematology, cytology, histology, chromatography (TLC, column), and supervised HPLC operations. During my MSc dissertation, I investigated inflammatory responses in SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells to study molecular mechanisms related to Huntington’s disease. I am confident working with GLP/GxP-aligned practices, batch documentation, safety protocols, cleanroom environments (Grade B), and regulatory compliance.Alongside my scientific experience, I’ve led and trained teams, resolved problems under pressure, and consistently delivered excellent customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments, strengthening my leadership, adaptability, and people skills.I’m passionate about biotechnology, continuous learning, and contributing to impactful scientific work. I have the right to work in the UK and am actively seeking opportunities in laboratory roles, pharmaceutical operations, diagnostics, R&D support, and biomanufacturing.
