Calibrate the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) for optimal driveability using INCA and MATLAB/Simulink, ensuring smooth performance across all EV functionalities. Fine-tune drive modes, regenerative braking, one-pedal drive, boost mode, adaptive cruise control, creep functionality, automatic parking assistance (APA), and AC/DC charging systems for enhanced user experience and vehicle efficiency. Perform complete VCU software testing and execute EPT (Electric Powertrain) software flashing, ensuring seamless software integration and system performance. Responsible for preparing and releasing VCU software datasets for internal testing and vehicle SOPs across domestic and export markets. Conduct various types of EV testing, including on-road validation, HIL testing, and functional testing to verify and refine driveability features. Utilize the MIDA tool for in-depth VCU diagnostics and collaborate with the diagnostics team on DTC and DSM updates to ensure system reliability and compliance. Leverage Vector CAN tools for communication testing, diagnostics, and real-time validation of vehicle systems. Support Mahindra dealerships across India by providing technical assistance, drivability calibration, and diagnostic support for the complete electric powertrain system. Participate in selected ADAS testing activities, contributing to validation and refinement of advanced driver-assistance features. Contribute to the development of a high-performance, user-centric EV platform for Mahindra’s next-generation electric vehicle lineup. Study hybrid vehicle protocols and international compliance standards to support future global vehicle programs.
