I have an experience of 13+ years solving complex problems through technology, products, people, processes and observations. I can develop world-class Program, Product and Delivery teams. I have been an individual contributor as well as people manager. I currently run a charter which contributes to generating $12bn / year through a span of 300+ team members and 9 vendors. Every problem has a solution- I got my first English willow cricket bat for free in 2001- I replaced my lost phone with same model in 2007 without asking parents to fund again - I saved customer from losing out on $150M revenue in 2013. Problem never re-occurred- I improved customer experience (CSAT) rating of a fortune 100 eCommerce / Hi-Tech Retail company by 14% in 18 months across 65 countries in 2016- I enhanced a telematics product across 7 sprints which resulted in 84% reduction in customer complaints in 2019- I reduced cost to deliver selection data generation by 16% YoY for 4 continuous years from 2021 to 2024I can create, develop and lead world-class teams that can win any battle - I have led team sizes ranging from 5 to 350 people (overall span). Team included Engineers, Project / Program managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Vendor managers and Senior leaders- I have run models where I outsourced repetitive tasks and helped my team focus on more strategic areasI do fail at times but I move on and don’t make the same mistake again- Lost $250K due to incorrect promotion sent to customers which was a result of a product logic gap and gap in process to arrest- Missed to achieve selection quality goal resulting in data generated being only 70% actionable resulting in temporary loss of trust for vendor managers from 18 countries
