I\'m a motivated customer success associate who enjoys interacting with people from various cultural backgrounds, learning about their needs, assisting them in finding answers to their questions, and controlling behaviour by giving them a suitable response. For machines like A.I, human relationships are not their cup of tea. Customers require attention and love, which cannot be given by a machine. With more practise, we become experts at handling cases that have escalated. When a client or customer approaches you in a hostile manner and eventually expresses gratitude for your assistance, it feels amazing. It makes me feel good and helps me become more and more driven to work when I tackle these kinds of issues. In addition, I have leadership qualities that set me apart from the competition.
