Currently working as a Facilities Coordinator at Société Générale in London, I bring proven experience in optimizing office operations, driving compliance with health and safety standards, managing events, and analyzing KPIs to enhance service levels. I take pride in having improved our internal audit score from 95% to 100% in less than a year while acting as a key liaison across facilities, sourcing, and project teams. My background includes leadership roles in retail and hospitality, where I excelled in scheduling, team performance coaching, financial controls, and customer service.
