   Visa Inc.(NYSE: V) is the world’s leader in digital payments. It facilitates electronic funds transfers throughout the world, most commonly through Visa-branded credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards. At the time, the leadership team at Visa was looking for an industry-savvy Cyber/Cloud Security Engineer to spearhead the management of the complete lifecycles of the company’s cybersecurity programs and projects. The lead Engineer for revamping the complete practices, I work in close collaboration with the executive team, planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization’s data, systems, and networks. As a Subject Matter Expert on various technologies, I function as the key-advisor leveraging expertise on numerous technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits. My duties span across a number of departments to establish communication, collaborate, coordinate and supervise technicians of all capacities to implement, troubleshoot, and maintain all of Visa’s cyber/cloud security programs and procedures. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Responding to all system and/or network security breaches; Participating in the change management process; Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities; Preparing reports and documentation; etc.
