   Worked in USA\'s largest home improvement retailer and responsibility involves as Senior Program Manager to effectively connect with customer to understand the merchandise cloud migration scope details and started a PoC phase to do feasibility analysis. After successful completion of PoC and confirmation from all stakeholders then started Due Diligence and finalizing full Scope. Proposal submission for cloud remediation for the full scope and successfully presented and negotiated to win the contract. Worked on the SOW preparation for the full scope of the program for Google Cloud transformation in Retail Merchandise to remediate IBM Mainframe Cobol/DB2 Legacy applications from PCF to new Google Cloud Java/CRDB Platform and also Data Migration from IBM DB2 to CRDB database using CDC Data Pipeline framework. The full migration scope was divided the scope into multiple SOW contracts in discussion with customer based on business priorities. Discussion with Principal Engineers and Managers to finalize the scope, timeline and cost estimate for each SOW. The program involves 250+ legacy Merchandise applications and 800 DB2 tables for remediation in 10 phases with 4+ years timeline. Technology used IBM Mainframe, Cobol, CICS,DB2, Java, CRDB (Cockroach Database), Jenkins data pipeline framework. The program was executed with onsite and offshore delivery model. Daily stand-up call between offshore and onsite including stakeholders to review the progress and to discuss any obstacles in order to meet the program timeline. Received many appreciations and 100% CSI feedback for the entire program duration. This program helped to reduce Mainframe license and operation cost to achieve ROI and decided to roll out similar GCP Cloud migration process and methodologies for rest of the domains i.e Store, Supply Chain and Supplier. This is a flagship program for successful Legacy Mainframe environment to GCP Cloud migration.
