This fuels my belief in the need for agile, forward-thinking leadership that can bridge strategy and execution.As Vice President of Community Health & Well-Being for Trinity Health Michigan, I oversee initiatives across nine hospitals in a statewide role while continuing practice as an OBGYN. My work centers on addressing the social and community factors that shape health — from food and housing to prevention and navigation — and building sustainable models that reduce avoidable hospitalizations, improve outcomes, and strengthen community trust. I work across healthcare, community, and public sectors to bring stakeholders together around shared goals — translating collaboration into measurable outcomes.Alongside my executive and clinical work, I engage in public speaking and thought leadership, sharing insights on healthcare innovation, strategy, and leadership with broader audiences.At the core of my leadership is a clear vision: health systems that are financially strong, operationally excellent, and innovative in the way they serve their communities.
