As Transportation Division Manager I am responsible for leading and managing all activities and staff of the Transportation teams in Missouri and Illinois. Coordination with the Regional Leaders in each office as well as the Discipline Leaders for our roadway and structures divisions. I work to ensure operational excellence, effective resource management, staff development and mentorship, and you will oversee the financial performance of the division. Additionally, this role has an emphasis on leadership, maintaining a high standard of quality for project management and deliverables, strategic growth, and the development of our team in Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri, and, Edwardsville, Illinois. Will foster client relationships and contribute to business development. I will also manage and/or perform QC/QA on projects and act as a senior project manager, when needed. As the Kansas City Area Manager I collaborate with the Missouri Regional Leader and Discipline Leaders to develop and implement strategies for establishing and growing Lochmueller Group’s presence in the Kansas City region. This includes recruitment of staff and engaging in business development activities to promote multi-discipline services.
