I\'m a COO-level operator and strategist with experience in AI and deep tech. I\'m at my best when the technology roadmap is strong but the organization hasn\'t yet built the systems it needs to scale.I work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness, with a particular focus on team psychology and building high-trust, high-standards organizations. I walk into situations where teams are busy but not aligned, decisions are unclear, or execution isn\'t keeping up with the potential, and I identify where the friction actually is. From there, I build the structure that lets the organization perform.As COO of an AI-driven, venture-backed fintech, I joined at early revenue and built the operating and financial infrastructure from scratch, including the financial planning system, capital strategy, and Series B diligence framework. I scaled revenue to eight figures, reduced burn by 40%, and achieved EBITDA profitability through detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis. During my tenure, the company also launched an AI-enabled direct lending business that grew into a $200M facility, and Hum earned recognition as a Forbes Best Startup Employer.Earlier, I spent six years at Singularity University leading executive education on AI, quantum computing, robotics, and frontier technology. I grew the business more than 4x with strong margins and expanded into six countries. It was the funding engine that allowed the rest of Singularity to invest in new ventures.Before that, I owned a nine-figure P&L portfolio managing a multi-venue onboard revenue business.More recently, through my independent practice, Multidextrous, I\'ve worked with founders across AI infrastructure, fintech, and quantum computing on commercialization, operating model design, financial modeling, and capital formation. I also offer independent operating partner services to investors and venture studios working with similar companies. I\'ve gone deep on AI as part of how I operate, building agents, tools, and workflows with Claude Code and OpenClaw.I\'m drawn to companies where the work is consequential, whether in senior operating and finance roles or Operating Partner work with investors and venture studios.

My work ranges from fractional executive roles to independent operating partner services, especially in fast-moving or technically complex environments.• Shaped partner approach and early operating structure for a quantum computing startup entering the emerging quantum ecosystem.• Structured the executive operating cadence for a GPU-as-a-Service platform serving AI companies, coordinating leadership alignment, investor communications, and core operating systems.• Repositioned an AI-enabled cross-border trade fintech, advising on product focus and supporting a $2M pre-seed raise.• Designed and implemented the first org structure and quarterly planning framework for a telehealth company scaling through a period of rapid growth.• Advised the CEO through the wind-down and dissolution of a cross-game identity verification platform, returning capital to investors.
