   I help you sell your property by providing advice on pricing and preparing it for sale, based on the current market conditions, using knowledge and expertise from my 12 years experience as a full time REALTOR. Marketing your property is incredibly important to get you the best offers, so I want to show your property in the best way possible and make sure all ready, willing and able buyers know your property is for sale. To do this I coordinate professional pictures, floor plans, and other agreed upon services. Once we receive an offer I review it with you and negotiate to obtain the terms most important to you. After your property is under contract I assist with all the details required to ensure a smooth closing, including any further negotiations required related to inspections.If you are buying a home I help you find properties, including new construction, that meet the criteria you\'ve shared with me, show you those homes, identifying pros and cons of each to determine if this is the one you\'d like to make an offer on. Then I provide you with all the information I can find, so you can make an educated decision about how to structure an offer you\'re comfortable with, based on current market conditions for that neighborhood and property. I present the offer to the listing agent, explaining why the offer is structured the way it is, and based on on-going discussions with you I negotiate the contract for you. I provide advice on inspections, answer any questions you have, schedule, attend and review the inspections with you, and discuss how we should proceed on any items that are uncovered. Once any further negotiations are completed I regularly check in with you, the attorney, lender and listing agent to ensure that we are all moving towards closing based on the terms of the contract. After closing I remain available to you for any further questions, or referrals to handy-people, contractors, etc, to maintain your property and help make it your home.
