My 19 step dashboard development process starts at user/stakeholder interviews and wireframing and ends at final development, training and adoption.I also excel at reporting, analysis, what-if analysis, automation and data work.    Manage the reporting, analytics and dashboards for our supplier management tool within Salesforce. This includes all aspects of our 60k+ partner suppliers.• Build front to end dashboards in Microsoft Power BI for supplier Certificate of Insurance compliance, supplier Health and Safety Compliance, supplier Spend analysis, Diversity Spend analysis, and supplier location coverage. This includes start to finish stakeholder conversations, requirements gathering, data retrieval and automation, data modeling, dashboard UI/UX and user acceptance, adoption and training.• Build reports and dashboards within our Salesforce tool using Salesforce Lightning. • Manage the movement, governance and quality assurance of all data going into our corporate spend analytics platform. Work closely with business partners for our 3rd party tool to assure data accuracy and quality. Manage all reporting and analytics (including dashboarding) from this tool.• Help lead overall data strategy. This includes decisions on data integration, automation, dashboard design and business measures/KPIs.
