About Chip Law

I am currently the President of the Rotary Club of Daniel Island South Carolina. Our organization is a premiere service club which raises over annually for local charities. Our Club is vibrant, attuned to the needs of others, come from a wide variety of background. We all share a common interest for lifelong learning, fellowship, community involvement and embody Rotary\'s \"service above self\" as our primary goal.Previously:Co-founder of Educational Avenues:Over the past 14 years I have been helping families to find educational options that best meet their student’s personality preferences, career interests and desired campus environment. I also look closely at affordability as a key component of the college planning process.My personalized attention to each student is focused on getting to know them well and in turn getting the student to better know and understand themselves based upon identified strengths. To accomplish this I use the MBTI®. Via the assessment the student chooses specific preferences for learning, making decisions, sourcing their personal energy and how to live their life. I use the MBTI® with my students and adult clients for educational and career purposes and have seen the power of using type to make a positive difference in lives and organizations.Recently I have expanded my use of the MBTI® instrument to provide assistance to small businesses, college admissions teams, school departments and management teams.I am a Certified MBTI® Master Practitioner and have been offering MBTI® workshops to groups (business, educational institutions, non-profits and more) since 2012. These workshops provide self-awareness as well as build proficiency for self-management and communication. Type can be used to enhance work, home and social environments.I also use type to look at organizational dynamics, managing conflict, team building, and project personnel composition. My group work facilitates business efficiency, reduces conflict and stress as well as provides a common language to appreciate and understand strengths and blind spots of individuals, departments, functions and organizations.In addition to continuing my role and passion for educational consulting and student placement, I am presently available to provide MBTI® based services to prospective clients to enable them to use type as an effective and powerful tool for personal and organizational growth.
