As a member of the Workforce Initiatives team, together we enable our purpose of helping people on their path to better health by building non-traditional/underserved community talent pipelines through the power of partnerships. Our team focuses on those interested in SkillBridge, or a Fellowship (externships), followed by working with our local community partners to identify and help those military community members in need, whether that is a connection with a service provider, or an employment specialist. Our purpose is to simply help those desiring a hand up into a meaningful and sustainable career.
