ABOUT CHIP EDENS

I am an Episcopal priest, CEO, speaker, moderator, and co-founder working at the intersection of faith, leadership, and well-being.For nearly two decades, I have served as Rector and CEO of Christ Church Charlotte, leading a congregation through growth, innovation, spiritual formation, and community engagement. My work brings together preaching, organizational leadership, teaching, public conversation, and the building of communities that help people flourish.I co-founded The Faith Forum, a platform for conversation with leading authors, scholars, and thought leaders on faith, culture, leadership, and the common good. I also co-founded The Center for Wellbeing and Care, a city-facing initiative devoted to holistic well-being through classes, workshops, counseling, and public engagement around emotional, spiritual, relational, vocational, and physical health. In addition, I have served as a speaker, moderator, and facilitator for executive and peer leadership communities, including YPO conferences, chapter gatherings, and forums in the United States and abroad. My formation includes an MDiv from Yale University, a BA in Religion from Hampden-Sydney College, and executive education at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and The Wharton School. Together, these experiences have shaped my interest in helping leaders and institutions grow in wisdom, courage, clarity, and depth.Across all of these roles, I am most energized by building thoughtful, humane, and spiritually grounded spaces where people and communities can thrive.
