   I currently lead a team of career investigators within the Information Technology org responsible for investigating incidents of data loss, intellectual property theft, and leaks of confidential business information globally. Our primary responsibilities include- Conducting investigations of employees, contractors, and external partners to determine scope of data loss, potential damage to Tesla, and ensure the information is recovered- Partner with Tesla\'s Legal teams to prosecute internal and external subjects of investigations, regularly liaising with federal, state, and local law enforcement in the US and abroad- Work hand in hand with Human Resources, Physical Security, Loss Prevention, Compliance and Employee Relations to conduct investigation into a variety of matters across the company- Conduct proactive risk management analysis and outreach to key stakeholders to provide training and guidance on information security best practices.
