I am a Serum Formulation Scientist working in a clinical laboratory setting, specializing in the formulation of serum-based calibrators and quality control materials for use in immunoassays and serological testing. My role supports the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic assays by preparing human serum spiked with precise concentrations of analytes.By replicating physiological concentrations of these biomarkers, I help ensure assay calibration and validation meet clinical standards. My responsibilities include serum spiking, stability studies, documentation, and maintaining strict compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines. I work closely with quality control(QC) teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize formulations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of diagnostic test performance.With a keen eye for precision and a strong foundation in serology and immunoassay principles, I play a key role in delivering high-quality materials that support patient care through accurate lab testing. My work directly contributes to the development and validation of assays used in detecting diseases, monitoring treatment, and managing patient health outcomes.
