About Chioma Nwoko
As a TPM/Software Requirements Engineer at Boeing, I leverage my engineering management and mechanical engineering background to develop and test flight software for the CST-100 Starliner. I have over two years of experience in this role, where I have contributed to the development of tools to track, analyze, and provide metrics regarding team performance. I have also identified risks, issues, and opportunities for team members and resolved any impediments.In addition to my current role, I have also served as a Scrum Master at Boeing for over two years. In this capacity, I facilitated daily tag-ups with team members, and weekly meetings with other scrum masters, product owners, program leaders, and stakeholders to ensure program goals and objectives were met. I initiated the incorporation of Jira and created work instruction packages for team adoption. I also led a team of engineers in research and prototyping efforts to update our operating system and presented deliverables to customers. I am a Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, issued by Scaled Agile, Inc, which demonstrates my proficiency in agile project management and technical project leadership.
