Promoting the Agile mindset and acting as an effective change agent for Agile teams to improve the effectiveness of development and business efforts by facilitating improved Agile adoption and maturity across Digital Engineering. Currently supporting DPE 130 + Agile/Scrum teams and Leadership Cultural Transformation as well as supporting other upcoming organizational Agile Transformations. Active Mentor, teacher, trainer, and coach to the Digital Engineering teams and drive the adoption of Agile and SAFe practices on global sites. Developing an Agile mindset to enhance business value and further our transformational journey of using Agile at scale. Delivering hands-on coaching to individuals and teams in all aspects of Agile and Scaled-Agile Framework (SAFe) empowering them to deliver business value and increase organizational agility. Partner with other coaches and keep the organization current on agile practices, industry trends and best practices concerning Agile and SAFe. Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships supporting agile development and will develop and refine skills of existing and new agile teams across the organization.
