A220 & E2 Program Office Forward Deployed Site focal Liaison between Program HQ Office in Chula Vista California & Mirabel Quebec, deployed at Mirabel site to support site transformation change activities and ramp up production rates of PW1500G & PW1900G Nacelles• Lead and Own EBU Component (Engine build up) for PW1500G & PW1900G GTF engines. Ensure engineering configuration changes are seamlessly executed on time, on cost, new parts are available and down change parts are turned off. • Report updates to customers Pratt & Whitney, Airbus & Embraer on alignment and operations status reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)• Own EBU component & Manage KPI’s related to Cost, Supply chain, Engineering changes, Quality, Aftermarket support.• Resolve integration related issues between big bones (Inlet, fan cowl, Thrust reverser, pylon, EBU, Exhaust)• Liaise with SOS and supply chain teams to turn around underperforming suppliers, mitigation plans on shortages to support committed delivery rates.• Work with supply chain to develop mitigation plans for gaps in supply from distributors, manufacturers help secure critical shortage raw materials.• Participate and Develop Macro plans for the site, strategic supply chain initiatives.
