To execute heavy fabrication line of structure type jobs like chassis, screed of hydraulic paver. Supervision of all production line like Laser cutting, Bending, Fabrication and Welding shop. Nesting operation in Radan softwere Establishing the production system & fabrication process for Continuous Improvement in Process cycle time reduction. Protocol making for machining process. Proficiency in SAP PP MODULE like Routing, transfer posting with goods movement, BOM correction, Material allocation, job order confirmation, shortage declaration, subcontracting, Purchase request(PR) generate, Purchase order(PO) generate etc. Overseeing activities related to documentation of production department to meet the requirement of ISO 9001. Ensuring compliance to the monthly data & reporting to the General Manager. Worked as a Production Engineer for Punching Press shop and Sheet Metal Fabrication. Shop planning and scheduling. Tooling arrangement for punching presses. Monthly review meetings action plan execution. Manpower handling and utilization. Efficiency and productivity monitoring and preparing action plan for improvement. Knowledge of Hydraulic punching press, pneumatic punching press.
