As a highly dedicated Officer of Quality Assurance with Glenmark Lifesciences Ltd, I have been ensuring GMP compliance at the manufacturing area since July 2020. With my strong attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy, I have been responsible for the Line Clearance of Intermediate and Pharma areas in production, as well as the review of Batch Production and Control Record (BPCR), Equipment Cleaning Record (ECR), and In-process Analytical Test Data Sheet (ATDS).In addition, I have taken charge of the inspection of utensils and accessories as per standard procedure, monitoring the Rinse and Swab sampling procedure during the Equipment Cleaning process, and reviewing documents of respective areas and logbooks for adequacy and completeness. As part of my role, I also perform and ensure the cleaning of sampling tools, perform sampling of finished products, and review its record and verification of labelling and packing activity.Moreover, I am always ready to support during investigations and take responsibility for the implementation of CAPA while checking its effectiveness. With my dedication and commitment to quality assurance, I have been able to consistently meet or exceed expectations, and I am always looking for new ways to improve processes and procedures.Throughout my tenure at Glenmark Lifesciences Ltd, I have demonstrated a strong ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. I am an excellent communicator and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
