   My role at Tesla as a Business analyst in Sales & Delivery is to Act as a database and system expert, providing support to the users from the Sales and Delivery organization on related applications, operations processes, and operational reports. Tracked, extrapolated, and interpreted customer data using Python, SQL, and Excel to report customer behaviors and state-wide retention numbers. This position required me to collaborate with HQ business teams, Field Service, Delivery, and Executive Staff to proactively improve the customer experience, and employee experience and scale the business profitably. In this role, my duty was to also do routine analysis and reporting on areas of opportunity to improve the process and system solutions for front-line field teams and the service operations team. Identify opportunities to improve service operations and improve efficiencies within the Service Programs Team, such as reducing redundant or crossover work, building tools to facilitate work process, aligning business initiatives with common solutions, etc. Developed and evolve a strong working relationship with peers and stakeholders across the business. Find new opportunities to reveal data insight with your keen business senses. Used information to guide the Service Operations team in the direction with the greatest impact on the business. Manage field feedback on service systems and provide insights to the business and IT teams on adjustments to provide value to the front-line teams. Occasional travel was required for offsite meetings and events; normally less than 10% of the time. Ad hoc data analysis and deck preparation for executive reviews.
