I’m a results-driven Construction Management professional and licensed Architect with 4+ years of experience managing & designing large-scale residential, mixed-use, and institutional projects valued over $60M across India and the U.S. Currently pursuing my Master’s in Construction Management at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, I bring a strong balance of design, technical, and management expertise to every project.At NYU as Project Assistant, I support campus renovation and construction projects worth $1.5M+, coordinating design development, contractor communication, budgeting, procurement, and financial tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Previously, as an Architect, I led & designed major large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality and master planning projects optimizing coordination among multidisciplinary teams, improving timelines, and enhancing profitability through efficient project management. My background also includes hands-on experience in site supervision, BOQ preparation, vendor coordination, and construction documentation.Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Procore, and BuildFlow, I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments that demand problem-solving, precision, and innovation. I’m passionate about sustainable, high-performance buildings that positively impact people and the urban fabric.
