As the Administrative Head of College Catalyst, I oversee the strategic and operational functions of the organization to ensure we deliver impactful, student-centric services in the domain of higher education—both in India and abroad. My core responsibility is to align internal operations with our mission of guiding students through every step of their academic journey—from career counseling and college admissions to study abroad guidance and internship placement.I lead and manage daily administrative operations, including team coordination, admissions workflow, student support systems, lead generation management, and performance tracking of counselors and support staff. I ensure seamless execution of our student onboarding process by overseeing documentation, eligibility checks, counseling schedules, and institution tie-ups. I play a key role in building and maintaining partnerships with private institutes and international universities to broaden student opportunities.My role also involves setting and achieving monthly enrollment targets, supervising marketing and outreach efforts (especially through digital platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram), and implementing CRM strategies to manage hot leads and track conversions efficiently. I conduct regular team reviews to ensure follow-ups, payment collections, and lead closures are handled with professionalism and urgency.Furthermore, I contribute to shaping the company’s growth strategy by identifying market trends, optimizing internal workflows, recruiting and training sales and support staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and partner institution requirements. By maintaining high standards in administration and communication, I ensure that College Catalyst remains a trusted, organized, and result-oriented platform for every student we serve.
