Continued in the same Principal Product Designer role following the Discover/ Capital One acquisition, maintaining ownership of Radiant Design System initiatives and enterprise design system strategy through organizational transition.• Collaborated on the Discover.com platform migration, establishing the Discover Theme on top of Capital One’s design token architecture by auditing and aligning legacy Discover and Capital One systems (tokens, typography, components), balancing requirements across 4 cross-organization design teams, and delivering a scalable, Discover-branded token set within 2 months that enables all Capital One component libraries to adopt the Discover look-and-feel while preserving interoperability.
