As an Assistant Project Manager at OYU Green, a community-led climate-first organization, I apply my expertise in Community based Projects to drive positive change and create a sustainable future. Primary objective is to create an Environmental Impact through awareness and maas involvement of Community. Believing in the motto of \"Small changes can create Big Impact\". I lead and support various projects that aim to reduce and remove greenhouse gas emissions, build awareness, and empower hundreds of sustainability chasers. I have a strong background in rural development, with over three years of experience as a Consultant at the National Rural Livelihoods Mission, where I engaged with diverse stakeholders, fostered a culture of continuous improvement, and delivered measurable results. In my role, I spearheaded initiatives aimed at the economic development and enhancement of livelihoods for rural communities, particularly through the promotion of microenterprise development and sophisticated value chain analysis across 13 blocks of Dhar district, impacting over 12487 Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and 165,894 members. I facilitated strategic collaborations with line departments to integrate various programs in horticulture and agriculture, driving forward organic farming by training households in non-mechanized organic practices. My efforts in demonstrating and monitoring agro-ecological practices among Community Resource Persons (CRPs) were instrumental in advancing sustainable agricultural methods. I played a key role in organizing comprehensive trainings at multiple administrative levels, significantly improving the knowledge and skills of CRPs in livestock management, including dairy, goatery, and poultry, alongside promoting essential practices in fodder management and animal health through vaccination and artificial insemination camps.A strong advocate for women\'s empowerment, I was pivotal in capacity and institution building, contributing to the establishment of SHGs and other community-based organizations. My dedication to understanding the ground realities through frequent field visits informed the development of impactful livelihood, livestock, agriculture, and allied activities. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, where I learned the principles of Sustainability, Climate Change, and Climate risk and Mitigation Practices. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to contribute to organizational success and social impact in the corporate sector.
