My job is all about troubleshooting tricky network issues, proactively analyzing network configurations, and giving personalized recommendations to help customers get the best out of their systems.My MS in Computer Networking and the relevant past experiences has provided me with theoretical and hands-on knowledge of various networking protocols, networking tools, troubleshooting, data center switches, and Customer Solutions testing. I’m always up for learning new things and picking up any skills needed to keep improving and growing.Outside of work, I’m a Tabla ‘Visharad’ (graduate) and also I love singing. These hobbies bring a creative and disciplined touch to everything I do, both personally and professionally.
