CCN Boss Automation for Efficient Residential Product TestingSet up hardware connections for both the Indoor Unit & Outdoor Unit to enable automated demand cycle execution for residential product testing. This significantly enhanced testing efficiency, reduced manual intervention, and streamlined the product validation process.CCN 2.0 Packet Format ImplementationDeveloped code to handle versioning messages & packet structures compatible with both CCN 1.0 & 2.0 systems, ensuring seamless backward compatibility. Addressed challenges like Bandwidth Limitations, Timeout issues in CCN 1.0, optimizing packet handling for better throughput. Also enabled support for advanced features like Multi-Read Request (MRR) & Combined Blocks, improving data processing & reducing network overhead, enhancing overall system performance.VFD Analytics Project (Variable Frequency Drive Data Analysis)Analyzed VFD data from 19XRV chillers to improve performance monitoring & predictive maintenance.
