I am working as a manager within the Core Industrial Solutions offering of Deloitte Consulting\'s US India offices. I have worked within the Life Insurance, Annuities and Property and Casualty Insurance domains for more than 11 years, handling multi-membered teams. As an offshore coordinator on a conversion of life insurance policies and test manager onsite for an IFRS 9 implementation, I have gained insight into how clients operate and what goes in the insurance world. I have worked with teams of client BAs and SMEs gaining first hand knowledge of the field and learnt lessons on people management. Having worked with clients in different geographies like the US, Netherlands, Mexico, I have gained experience of working with people of different cultures and learn from each of them. In my most current role, I am handling a low code no code implementation of an agent portal for a leading insurance company in North America.
