Responsible to ensure the completion of CGMP and on-job training of the new joiner and existing employees prior to attending to their routine work.· Responsible for developing and reviewing of training plan/training module for CGMP & functional training for compliance with cGMP regulation· Responsible to ensure supervise compliance to all GMP, cGXP, employee curricula and any other regulatory requirements, including EH & S requirement· Responsible to review and approval of various trends viz. change control, deviation, market complaint, OOS, OOT, IPOOS, water and environmental monitoring as part of periodic assessment.· Primary accountability of Technical Training documentation compliance, for all departments at site and make training documentation audit ready at any point of time.· Actively participate in the entire flow of training activities at site viz. Induction training (for the technical briefings),Need identification and derivation of training plan, Training conduct, Training evaluation, Feedback for trainer Training documentation, Ensure training effectiveness, Ensuring training of the trainers and Competency based Training
