Continuous involvement in the process to develop a product base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technical requirements. • Responsible for new product development through APQP. • Monitoring APQP review with CFT to develop the components within the project time plan • Administering to the program budget to ensure program must close within target. • Reviewing PPAP & Run@Rate performance at manufacturing location co-ordination with Program Quality, IPL,Purchase teams & logistics for supply chain • Liaising with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) Team to define process parameters • Planning & executing material performance testing through third party NABL Labs as per customer requirement • Designing & driving trainings on customer complaint management, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, product audit for suppliers as well as team members • Rendering leadership during investigations of major problems and or special projects focusing on developing working relationships with Customer and the supply chain with regard to product development and procurement of parts • Customer milestones achevining by creating in house program milestones to avoid any delays • Planning & executing Change Management, Part Layout, BoM, Process Audit as per CSR
