Chinky Pardasany is the head of the Recordkeeping Transformation team that drives integrated delivery and execution of large scale partnerships and transformation for TIAA. Prior to this role, Chinky Pardasany was the Head of Individual Client Solutions at TIAA leading large (500+) complex operations. Ms. Pardasany focuses on serving TIAA’s retirement plan participants. Her scope of responsibility covers client-facing as well as back-office services for a broad range of financial products including retirement plans, IRAs and brokerage accounts. Ms. Pardasany joined TIAA in 2010 and has held multiple leadership roles with a proven track record of successful execution. Ms. Pardasany has led teams driving continuous improvement, robotics, end to end process improvement and automation. Ms. Pardasany has 23 years of experience in strategic planning, execution, business enablement and operations. Ms. Pardasany has led transformational initiatives with significant business outcomes in terms of client retention, customer experience, cost reduction and mitigation of regulatory and operational risk. Prior to joining TIAA, Ms. Pardasany was a Senior Vice President at Citibank’s corporate strategy team. Additionally Ms. Pardasany has been in management consulting as part of Deloitte. Ms. Pardasany moved to New York, USA in 2001 and joined J.P. Morgan Chase’s sales and execution team focused on Retail Banking. Ms. Pardasany holds her MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School in NJ and her MBA in Marketing from I.E.S in Mumbai, India. Ms. Pardasany earned her Bachelors in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College in Mumbai, India. Ms. Pardasany is Series 7 Registered.
