Dream big, work hard and make it happen\" is what I usually heard from others but I prefer to push my boundary further. I will have a bigger dream, work harder and make it happen faster.As a consultant in the energy industry, I want to be part of the solution to this global challenge. One tree cannot form a forest, neither can an individual solve the world\'s problem. I believe in effective team working, and I had demonstrated such qualities in various team competitions and worked in multi-disciplinary projects. I enjoy sharing my passion with others and I had done it on BBC radio 4, where I explained my research to the public. As much as I like to share my passion, I am always keen to learn, and transform my experience and knowledge into a creative solution to a problem. Solving a problem is like solving a puzzle, and what I will do when solving a puzzle is to start with the frame, defining the picture I am solving, and patiently start form a small part of the picture and link them up at the end.I like to make new friends, share my stories and listen to yours.
