Originally from the Philippines, I relocated to Chicago in 2023 with my husband, who teaches at Chicago Public Schools.My HR experience spans Generalist, HR Officer, Business Partner, and now HR Head, covering the full HR lifecycle—from recruitment and payroll to employee relations, engagement, performance management, and talent development. I focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, exploring design, enjoying music, and connecting with nature.
