Recruitment, Selection & Placement- Ensures the company remains an employer of choice and maintain proper process implementation.• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings• Talent Management- Develop and integrate new employees, develop and retain current employees, attract and manage skilled employees from the point of entry through to the point of exit.• Communication & Documentation- Ensure effective and informative internal & external communication in the organization.• Ensure proper update and documentation of employee records and files.• HR Policy- Develop/ review of staff manual, define requirements, policies and procedures as well as implement them within the requirements of labor law.• Ensure strict compliance with the internal processes and policies.• Performance Management- Manage the performance system that enables a well-rounded performance assessment of the employees during the appraisal cycle.• Learning & Development- Establish the requirements for training and develop the training calendar for all employees.• Ensure all employees participate in the training based on identified skill gaps.• Benefits Administration- Provide advice on issues related to leave, maternity, medical, pension etc.• Employee welfare & Relations- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all employee complaints.• Focus on employee satisfaction and experience with a view for improvement
