ABOUT CHINENYE HELEN EZE
I am passionate about social justice, advocacy, policy analysis and writing. I am licensed to practice in Nigeria and have a Masters degree from the University of Ibadan and the Peter Allard School of Law. I am a PhD Candidate at the Peter Allard School of Law, UBC and an NCA Candidate. My current research adopts critical theory and qualitative research methodology in analyzing medical research and accessing data in developing countries like Nigeria. In the last ten years, I have advocated for social justice issues related to the rights of marginalized people: Blacks, Women and children in Nigeria and Canada. I have worked as a policy analyst analyzing the rights of marginalized communities, especially Blacks in Vancouver, Canada, and I have written articles and presented on these at conferences in Nigeria, the United States of America and Canada. I also have over 5 years of experience as a researcher, writing consultant, and legal advocate.
