Girls Gearing Up is an award-winning international leadership and empowerment program for girls aged 13–17, with hubs in Germany, India, and Malawi.Through our annual summer academy and year-round events, girls from around the world develop leadership skills, build confidence, and connect with inspiring peers and role models across cultures. I\'m the Co-Founder of Linden Global Learning & Support, a Berlin-based agency that has become one of the most trusted student support partners in international education. We provide mental health counseling, psychoeducational assessments, learning support, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and more. For staff: counseling, coaching, and professional development. Whatever a school community needs to thrive, we\'ve built the team to deliver it, anywhere in the world. What started as three people in 2015 is now an agile global network of 90+ specialists. Because every student, anywhere in the world, deserves access to quality support, without bureaucracy and barriers. We don\'t believe in one-size-fits-all. Every school is different. Every student is different. And we\'ve spent over a decade building the infrastructure, and the team, to show up accordingly. Before Linden, I spent years working across Europe, the US, and West Africa, from shaping programs at the national level in international development, to coaching groups, to sitting one-on-one with students in school counseling rooms. What drove it all was the same curiosity: how do systems work, and what do the humans inside them actually need to thrive? That curiosity has never left me. Beyond Linden, I\'m passionate about supporting the next generation. I regularly mentor young entrepreneurs and co-founded Girls Gearing Up International Leadership Academy, an award-winning program with hubs in Germany, India, and Malawi that equips teenage girls with leadership skills and an unshakeable belief in their own potential.
