ABOUT CHINELO AGHAIZU.

I\'m a registered pharmacist in provinces of Ontario and British Columbia, Canada, with over seven years of experience spanning the Canadian and Nigerian healthcare landscapes. I bring expertise as both a clinical leader and process improvement leader in various healthcare settings. At the helm of hospital pharmacy operations, I pioneered digital health solutions and streamlined medication management systems. My background also includes leading regulatory submissions, reporting and tracking Adverse Drug Reactions ( ADRs) and conducting compliance inspections at NAFDAC Nigeria, covering pharmaceutical products, medical devices, food and cosmetics. I am patient centered, and have published research in pharmaceutical formulation and wound care therapeutics. By combining my clinical knowledge with regulatory expertise, I aim to bridge the gap between healthcare delivery and compliance requirements. I\'m currently based in Ontario, where I provide comprehensive medication therapy management and patient education initiatives to advance pharmaceutical care and patient safety. I am looking to actively collaborate with healthcare leaders and regulatory professionals who share my commitment to drive innovative, evidence-based healthcare solutions.
