Lead and coordinate needs assessments for conflict-affected households in Ukraine, including data collection, monitoring, and evaluation of WFP\'s humanitarian cash and in-kind assistance programs. Conduct research and reporting on poverty, food security, livelihoods, market analyses, vulnerability profiling, targeting, and prioritization across WFP\'s Country Office and Field Offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, and Odesa.Manage budget allocation and resource planning for assessment projects, ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources across data collection, field research, and analysis. Oversee budget tracking and reporting to support cost-effective strategies in alignment with WFP’s fiscal policies and priorities.Represent WFP Ukraine in various analytical coordination platforms, clusters, and United Nations inter-agency working groups, including the Assessment and Analytical Working Groups (AAWG), Food Security and Livelihood cluster, and Joint Inter-sectoral Analysis Framework working group.Facilitate bilateral agreements, knowledge sharing, and joint projects with government agencies, NGOs, and United Nations bodies. This includes leading the first WFP-FAO food security and livelihood assessment in areas close to the frontline in Ukraine and collaborating with REACH on the Multi-sectoral Need Assessment of conflict-affected households.Support the development of the Interim Country Strategic Plan and provide internal and external processes and presentations with assessment data and analysis. This includes leading the calculation of the 2025 people in need of food assistance figure in Ukraine and developing household profiles for targeting.Supervise a team, providing guidance and support for their career progress and facilitating learning and development exercises both for the supervisees and for other units within the organization.
