Multi-faceted professional with over thirteen years of experience of working in diverse, international business environments. His experience spans various domains of IT Service Management, CyberSecurity, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and IT Operations. Chinedu currently specializes in designing, building, and optimizing scalable infrastructure solutions that empower organizations to deliver software & infrastructure efficiently and reliably. With expertise in cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code, he bridges the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless deployment and robust system performance. Prior to this time, Chinedu worked with one of Microsoft biggest partners as an experienced IT Operations Manager where he focused on leading and successively managed huge teams of over 250+ people directly for the Microsoft client business which provides Microsoft 365 & Dynamics 365 support to its customers in the North America region. He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt with a Master’s degree in Computer Science and also has a Masters in Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence from the University of Guelph. His experience coupled with a Master’s degree, enables him to contribute to both the Business and Technology side of an organization, and bridge any gaps that might exist between IT and Business.
